Need help restoring entity mappings (used generate mappings button) now some functions do not work

Hi there, need urgent help restoring out-of-the-box entity relationship mappings, because used automatic function to "generate mappings" in account, contact, lead and opportunity entities and now some features do not work.. for example after qualifying lead account name is blank as well as contact etc.. is there any way to restore these changes? or someone could share prinscreens or somthing, that i could restore it manually one by one.. many thanks for any help provided.
