I have this error on CASE form in CRM2016: Error: Object doesn't support property or method 'Form_onload'

I found some post on this argument. I checked clientincludes and
<Handler functionName="Mscrm.Form_onload" libraryName="Incident_main_system_library.js" handlerUniqueId="1b5e628c-097e-41dc-a6ab-51fadd5de253" enabled="false">
in customization.xml but according to me is all right.
I don't know how can I resolve the problem. Any idea?
