Greetings to the Community,
we'd like to implement the Outlook Client in our Environment.
The Problem is, Outlook isn't showing us the Views. Either the CRM-Overview stays white, or we get the Info, that CRM tries to establish a connection :
The connection itself is working, because i get the information, that users without assigned roles exist and i get the option to send pending emails via Outlook.
The Problem occurs, while working in the Citrix environment. We get results while working on the local system.
I found nothing on the web regarding this problem.
Overall we got following constellation:
- Citrix XenApp 6.5
- MS CRM 2011 (RU 11)
- Outlook 2013 (Office 365 ProPlus)
- CRM Client for Outlook (current Version: 05.00.9690.1992)
Does someone knows this problem and already have a solution?
Are there maybe Settings you need to set, for the Client to work properly?
