Duplicate detection rule across multiple fields?

Hi.

How can I create a duplicate detection rule that compares Email with E-mail Address 2 for the same entity (Lead).

I have noticed that it works across different types of entities (Leads & Contacts) but if I choose Lead & Lead it doesn't give me the option to choose anything except e-mail.

Any ideas?
