Hi Community,
I have an issue while synchronising emails from Outlook to CRM.
I configured the Outlook client to create a new Contact if it is not already in CRM.
When I hit the "Track" button on an email, the email gets routed correctly into CRM and a new Contact is created.
The only thing is that the owner of the new Contact is set to SYSTEM, and I would like to be the owner of this new contact, since it came from my inbox.
Is there a way to configure this ?
