View Filter criteria loses look up reference

Hi,

I've created a system view with a look field as one of the filter criteria.

When I migrate the view to test environment as a part of the solution it loses the lookup reference in the filter.

I have to manually go an re-pick the look up value in the view and publish all customisations as it is still pointing to the development record.

Any idea why the look reference is not resolved as per the target environment?

This will be a problem while migrating the view to production as we should not be manually changing the contents of a solution in prod.
