Somebody in the office wants to forward a message that they no longer have in Outlook, but they have saved on the contact record within Dynamics.
They opened up the email from within the activity part of the contact and forwarded the message, however, it won't actually come through? - Could this be that it is on a 15 minute timer as it is when you track an email? Also, when we open the email at the bottom under the 'details' part is information about the owner and also a box which reads 'Duration' it is currently on '1 minute' but can be up to 7 hours?
Any ideas?
