Hi, I am managing an CRM Dynamics for a non-profit organization. We need a Sandbox. I understood that with 25 users, non-profits got a free sandbox. Well, we have 25 users and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the sandbox instance set up. There is no option for adding an instance, I can't even buy a sandbox. If anyone has any insight into this please advise. Thanks.
