We are trying to set up outlook plugin with Dynamics on-premise 2015 update 1.
When we are trying to track an email to an account with set regarding we get the error message "you dont have access to these records. Contact system administrator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM". No error log-file is provided.
We have tried to give the user administrator security role and then set regarding works fine.
The problem is that we cannot identify the setting that controls this. We have created a test-security role and given almost all privileges we can think of but we are unable to identify the correct setting.
