I have two questions regarding extensions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
As you can see in the attached picture, we have an extension called ''AccountCodes''. This extension is for adding the customer’s products with different details, as number of licenses, go-live date, modifications, etc.
So her is question no.1:
I want to extract a list where I get all the contacts (not just the primary contact) that are registered to an account that has a certain product. In the''AccountCodes'' I could only get the primary contact pr product, so I tried in the Contacts dashboard. I tried to set a filter, which said: Show all contacts that are registered at an ‘’active account’’, ‘’customer’’ and ‘’product X’’.
The problem is that the colon for product ''msac_accountinfo'' does not exist when I am in the contact view. I have gotten some hints here at the forum that that is because the system and the extension don’t have a relationship?
Anyhow, can anyone help med export all contacts that have a serten product?
And here is question no.2:
We will do a lot of chances to the ''AccountCodes'' since the fields to fill in information is not optimal. Does anyone know how I edit this extension? Where should I look/read to get a grip of it?
