We have some Html pop-ups for performing actions like cloning orders, importing quotes etc. These pop-ups are throwing exceptions when they are opened by the CRM Outlook client. The reason, we have found out, behind these exceptions is '/_common/global.ashx?ver=-1862593091'(contains Xrm library definitions), this file is not loading properly. Most often several function definitions of this file are broken. But once we refresh the Html pop-ups the library is loaded properly. The pop-ups throw exception only the first time when they are opened. The pop-ups also work fine with the browsers including IE.
