Hi,
We have company news emails sent by marketing daily to hundreds of employees.
Majority of these employees are CRM users and have CRM add on installed in their outlooks.
Some of these users have personal settings to track all emails from their outlooks to CRM.
When such email is received by one of the users it is tracked in CRM and saved as activities under hundreds of contacts.
I need to ban tracking of these emails as CRM admin. Which is the best way to do for all organization?
If I add in CRM system settings for e-mail a filter and include subject of the these emails, will it work?
How to add such filter if by default there is " ^[\s]*([\w]+\s?:[\s]*)+ " in smart matching setting?
