Hi all,
we created a set of phone calls by delivering a campaign activity. The recipients in the phone calls are leads. But there's only basic lead information in the phone call available like name and phone number. So we added fields like the account name to the phone call, and if the record is opened the missing information is retrieved by a script and stored automatically in the phone call.
But this does not fit our goal because the information is only retrieved if the record is opened in the form. In the list of open phone calls the user has to work on he can't se the account name.
Can I update a list of phone calls with this data? I tried to create a workflow with the workflow designer but I can't access the lead there because parent records are not available. Any other chance except a PlugIn?
