I successfully sent direct mail email via CRM to myself and a colleague, and it worked just fine. It worked several times. I tried it again, and my colleague got the email, although I didn't. The email showed in Closed History. The next day, I sent out over 1300 direct mail email to contacts, and it worked just fine. The email showed in Closed History; they were received and acted upon.
