Customer Catalog Request / Subscription Management

Hello All. I have come up with a few ways around this but I would like to see if the community has any better ideas.... I look forward to seeing what other options are available.

Scenario,

We have individuals that request a catalog through a website. We are in the process of pushing this data into CRM. From there we can track how many catalogs they have ,requested, the date range, if they are a customer or not, ext... We would like to track this data for marketing purposes and to streamline the list to a 3rd party vendor to send out catalogs. 

Our CRM is integrated with our ERP and has been set up so that if the customer does not have an account with us in our ERP/Online systems then they will not have an Account/Contact in CRM. The requests that do not have an account with us yet, I would like to put in the lead entity to market and potentially qualify.  The requests that do have an account open with us we would like to track in the account entity, or at least by a lookup field placed in the account form. However we also need to be able to pull the total list to send to the 3rd party vendor.

Needs: Requests that do not have an account go to lead, Request that do have account need to tracked in account entity, and we need to be able to pull the entire list to send to a 3rd party vendor at least once a week.

I'd appreciate some ideas from the CRM community. Thank you in advance.
