Merge Accounts

Hi All,

Currently I'm having an issue trying to merge two Accounts, the error that I receive is the 'ISV' error that doesn't say anything of the problem behind the scenes. After seeing the logs that the verbose mode threw, I can see the following error:

Could not load file or assembly 'microsoft.crm.sqlclr.helper, Version=6.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. An error relating to security occurred. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8013150A) 

What could be the problem?
