I have a question regarding setting up social engagement on CRM form. My question is regarding automatic data update based on a each record. For example I have added Social Insights on Contact form, I go to a Johnny Depp's contact record, configure social insight to look for keyword of Johnny Depp which I had added on the Social Engagement search topics, it populated feed for Johnny Depp. Then I go to Angelina Jolie's contact record, it is asking me to configure social insights again. Is it possible to do one time configuration and data to be changed based on a field value, similar to InsideView for Account which has one time configuration and the insideview grid changes based on the value in Legal Name.
