New case - e-mail notification button + 0.2 Update from Windows Update

Hi,

Question 1: Using CRM 2015 on own server. When will the 0.2 update be available from Windows Update?

Question 2: Is it possible, to create an e-mail on / off button, when creating a new case? I mean, is it possible to set the e-mail notification on as default, and when the user can toggle it off if needed.
