Hello,
We meet a technical difficulty in this case :
- Create an email from the subgrid of “Incident” entity
- CRM opens a create page for a new email
- We fill the fields of the email
- We save
- We click on “Insert a model”
- We choose a model which contains an attachment from the list
- CRM displays a message : “This model contains attachements. If you want attachments in your email, click Cancel, save the email, and re-apply the model. To continue without attachments, click OK”
- We want the attachment, so we click Cancel, we save the email and we reapply the model.
- CRM displays again the message of the step 7.
So, it’s impossible for us to apply the template with an attachment.
