SLA Keeps counting

Hello,

I have an issue with SLA:s that keep counting.

The problem appeared when I had made a mistake in the SLA module. I fixed that problem awhile later but all cases that were created during that time continue to count the SLA even after resolution.

Is there a way to get rid of the counter? The SLA background process was in "waiting" state but I tried both stopping it and eventually deleting it but it didn't stop the counter.

So the case is closed but it's still adding time to the overdue counter. This is affecting my ability to get any realistic follow up data.
