Form limitations. can you have custom JavaScript or web resources embedded in the mobile form

Hi,

 I am working on CRM 2011 and still new to it,  I had a task to add extra functionality that does calculations in the background and display the results on the specific fields within the form.

I have two forms e.g.

- Desktop form

- Mobile form

So I added a JavaScript web resource library which does the calculations the challenge i am seating with at the moment is :-

the desktop form works well with the JavaScript library however when loading the mobile form my JavaScript library is not rendered, can anyone assist with this.
