I have a situation where a Contract Complete Date for this agent is showing 1/26/2016 in user's system but 1/25/2016 in our system there for leading up to the dilemma that she's completed the Contract before it was received. It's noted that one of our system rules is Contract Complete Date cannot be before Contract Received Date.
I've been told its an issue with the users timezone. They should be set to EST. However, how do I set this user up in the correct timezone. Do I go to settings and then what Customizations? If I go in under their user accounts is this something that I can change or do I need to be looking at CRM on their PC
