Hi all,
Our only auditing requirement right now is to track changes to Case Status; easy enough. Problem is our client wants to know the Role(s) that the User was assigned at the time of the change. A snapshot of their Role(s) basically. Is this possible?
Also, and a pet peeve of my OCD, the system is logging changes to Case that don't have to do with Status. Our Audit History is full of records that say:
The fields changed by this action are not enabled for audit tracking.
How stupid is that?!? Anyways, How do I stop this from littering my Audit History?
