We have some trouble with "lost" Activities. Some Activities (Emails) can´t be found in CRM. There is parallel running Outlook where I can check the mailserver and I find those Emails there. (We checked everything...Leads and so on)
So Admin´s are thinking that some Users removed Activities intenionally from CRM. I don´t think so.
Is there some kind of garbage bin available in CRM? It would be nice to keep removed Activities, records etc for a defined time period in there.
Any suggestion is welcome.
