I am using CRM 2016 On-Premise with excel templates. The feature is working fine for downloading spreadsheets with all the appropriate rows of data. However I added another sheet in Excel with a variety of calculations and analytics. I can upload that template into CRM fine but when I redownload it none of the calculations are up to date, it shows the same value as when I uploaded it. I have to manually click into the cell or do a replace all function by replacing the = sign with another = to get it to refresh. When I do this the calculation executes and gives the correct values. I am using the table header titles for reference in my Excel formulas.
I have checked that all my auto calculation options are set up correctly and F9 also doesn't work to refresh my calculations.
Am I using this feature incorrectly or is there something that can be done to provide up to data calculations?
