Hi,
First post here. I am trying to create an opportunity view but failing miserably!
Currently I have a view which shows each sales guys pipeline, with dynamics looking for:
- owner, open, est close date (current month + two more) revenue greater than 0 (only opps with products in)
In the columns it shows total revenue however this is a sum total of all products attatched to the opportunity so does not split set ups and monthly charges.
We do catagories all account products by billing frequency but I can't get this opportunity view to show this? Is it possible?
I have gone the other way, and tried to create an opportunity products view inside a dashboard but again can't get this to show a summary for each customer and by month.
Any helps as the right way to achieve this greatly appreciated!
