hi ,
i have office 2016 sync to Microsoft crm 2015 .
when i used in the old office version i had on the outlook in each mail that sync to the crm icon of two people .
now i dont have it .
how can i add it ?
another thing - when i was click on a sync mail - i had an crm window on the outlook that contain the custmer detiles....now i cant find it ...
does someone know how can i add it ?
