CRM for Outlook - Permission

Hello everyone,

i have a question about an error that i do not understand yet. When i open my Outlook and want to connect to my crm (on-premise) i get an error:

Client configuration failed with the exception : Cannot start the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook Configuration Wizard because the configuration file C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Default_Client_Config.xml is not valid. Contact your system administrator.    at Microsoft.Crm.Application.Outlook.Config.CommandLineArgs.ParseConfigFile(String configFileName, Deployments& deployments)
   at Microsoft.Crm.Application.Outlook.Config.ClientConfig.ParseDefaultConfigFile(Deployments& deployments)
...

Info| Error connecting to URL: {0} Exception: {1}| crm.lap.local/.../Organization.svc, System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault]: Organization state is invalid (Fault Detail is equal to Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault).
17:18:37|  Error| Exception : Organization state is invalid

My CRM is in the domain "mydomain.local" and my exchange in "mydomainmail.ch" - do i have to set permissions for the exchange-user inside CRM? If so, how do i do that?

Thanks for your help.

Kind regards,

B. Maassen
