I have a questions about the limits of the synchronization of Contacts between Outlook and Dynamics after an Outlook contact has been set to "Track".
From what I have noticed after a contact is tracked in Outlook and the contact is created in Dynamics. If you make a change to the contact information (ie: cell number, address, account/company name....) in either in Outlook or in Dynamics it does not make that change in other. Is there a way to set it up so that when you make a change to one it makes a change int he other? As it works right now in order to keep contact information straight you need to apply any changes to both Outlook and Dynamics. It would be great if you could set one as the dominate and have the other sync from time to time to match the information.
Just checking to see if that is possible.
