Hi all,
After learning about the availability of the Fantasy Sales Team solution I installed the solution in our playground CRM environment. Unfortunately the steps I followed do not lead to a working solution.
Below a short overview of steps I took:
1) FST solution was installed in CRM Online tenant
2) Afterwards I went to https://www.fantasysalesteam.com/preview , entered the required details and submitted form
3) Soon after I received registration code for FST preview
4) After logging in to Dynamics i navigated to solutions area and opened the FST solution. A registration page was displayed in which the registration code /my e-mail could be entered
(remark: its easier if script filles the required fields instead of having to copy the values)
5) After submitting the service account identifier + security token I navigated to other area in CRM
6) Returning to the solution the configuration tab now only displays form to (again) enter the account identifier / security token.
The form which was displayed above is not shown anymore; although I remember the account identifier (2 chars) I didnt memorize the security token.
After activating the solution (at least partially) I had new menu item for FST - FST error logs. Unfortunately no hint where to get the solution working...
Any suggestions to:
- regenerate security token
+
- make entered data stick in form
