Query regarding Workflow for the incoming emails to be created as case

Hey guys this is the scenario.

I have created a demo organization and I have purchased free trial Microsoft Exchange Online verified email addresses associated with that demo organization.

My scenario is to create incoming emails for those online exchange email id's to be created as case. So I have written workflow for it.

Usually, the email sender will send with some subject to the online exchange email id and for that incoming email, the case gets created. 

My requirement is if the same sender sends a new email with the same subject to the same destination email id (MS Exchange Online) , new case should not be created and that email should be tagged as a thread with the previous email that has been already received before.

I have tried to send emails with the same subject regardless of time, but new case has been created with different case number , even though the case has been previously created for the already came email with the same subject sent by the sender of the email.

Is there any workflow rule for this? Tell me some solution.
