Hello,
I have noticed that when I track someone from my Outlook contacts the Account/Company name is not mapping over. It does not matter if the company name already exists in Dynamics as an Account. Either way the Account field is not getting populated. Is this a setting in need to select to allow it map over? I checked the Synchronization Settings and did not see anything for Account or Company name.
Any help would be appreciated.
