Hi,
We have a deployment where we are hosting CRM on a cloud domain. We have installed the email router with no issues and all has been verified within the email router. However, no emials are being promoted and we are receiving a number of errors within the event log. The external URL is being used and this can be connected to on the exchange server (which is not on the cloud domain but local).
We have reinstalled email router, applied permissions to the email router folder and checked the endpoints. Version is CRM 2011 RU 12
