Outlook Client Issue: Emails are being un-tracked

Hi all, 

We are having issues with our outlook client - specifically with tracking emails. 

In today’s test, we took an e-mail in a certain inbox that was already tracked and replied to it. In the sent folder the reply did not show a tracking symbol but the tracking box at the bottom of the e-mail was there. We then went into CRM to see if the e-mail showed up there and recalculated a couple of times but no luck. We went back to her sent box in Outlook and the e-mail still did not have a tracking symbol and now no longer had the tracking box at the bottom.

 

Can anybody help?

 

We are running CRM 2015 on prem (through Outlook).
