how can we provide a customer support / service portal where clients are able to log in and see the status of their case / ticket.
I would love to handle the whole process within the CRM, but I only found Parature and old Service Portal things. An idea was to give customers login accounts, but completely restricted to the cases and their account - but I'm not sure if this is a way to go in general.
How would you solve: A company wide ticket system for customers and for internal tickets (like IT helpdesk) with SLAs and the client should have an overview of their tickets / state etc. Hopefully there's a solution without Parature as I'm not sure if German laws are allowing us to use it and save confidential information into the cloud. Therefor we're hosting everything ourselves.
