I know you get themes in CRM, and I know how the theming works, but my question is, how do colours in optionsets work? We use CRM 2016 Online, and as per screenshot, have colour on optionsets, I've added the field to the form, but with no luck, I've also added the field into my business process flow and the field colour doesn't change when the value changes.
