We work with CRM 2011 On Premise version and I cannot create reports when using Chrome as my browser. When I get to the point to add columns, it doesn't work. I can go through all the windows correctly, but when I select a column and close the window there is no column added. Anyone seen this issue before?
I have no problem with creating reports in IE 10. However I cannot run reports in IE 10, but I can in Chrome. In IE 10 the Run Report button is not visible. When I run a report it only gives me 1 result per page/screen.
Would appreciate your support or suggestions?
Just to confirm the reports are running, so there is no problem with the actual reporting engine, it is the browser functionality that is causing problems.
