Setting up Email Router for Dynamics CRM 2011 Online with Exchange Online (2013)

Hello Everyone! I am trying to set up a Email Router for Dynamics CRM 2011 Online with Exchange Online (2013) from Office 365. Here is what I've done so far: Install the Email Router in some server running Windows Server 2008 R2 (and all other requerided software) Create an Outgoing Profile using a new account created in Office 365 Exchnge Online (2013) service Create an Incoming Profile using the same account created for the Outgoing Profile. Create the Implementation Profile using the unique URL given in CRM and a CRM account with Global Permissions. Change the status in CRM for the user be able to send and receive email on behalf of other account Change the Email settings to Email router in user profile in CRM Log in into Office 365 with the account created and go to mailbox options full delegate Access to the users I want to delegate the email in crm. Publish and load the info in the Email Router The problem: When I test the incoming and outgoing profile for the users, I get an error for the incoming profiles of all useres. However the outgoing profiles are tested ok. Error Message: Error: ErrorNonExistentMailbox I am using this Exchange web service: https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx any Ideas please?
