Permissions

Hi,

I am trying to add permissions to a security role (under the custom entities tab) but even though I am system administrator I am getting a message that says inherited roles cannot be updated or modified. So although it lets me click on the permissions I want to change, it does not let me save it.

Am I doing something wrong or do I need to go back to my developer to change this?
