We have Dynamics CRM Online 2015 SP1 and works fine, but we have a user that is using Outlook plugin with CRM and the buttons is changing...
We he tries to open an offer appears an error that he doesn't have permission. At the error details appears this:
<Message>salesorder With Id = fefc6376-91a8-e511-80f6-3863bb35af60 Does Not Exist</Message>
When he tries to open an offer, the button, tries to open an salesorder.... If he tries to create a new offer, appears the salesorder form...
If he tries to open the same offer using CRM website, it works perfect, but with Outlook Plugin not.
I've tried to uninstall and reinstall Outlook plugin deleting CRM folder in his PC but no solution. I suppose that Outlook has some file at plugins folder??? but I don't know where is it
