I am A SQL Server DBA i donot have much knowledge on the CRM Application end but for one of the client we are using the SQL Server Database Engine services and the application is CRM, BUt we have lot of performance issues, we have some indexes updated on the business hours also, but from our end we dont have any jobs running which updated the Index in business hours, The CRM application present using is Dynamics CRM 4.0.
We have lot of time out issues from the application end as well, as the number of users increases the CPU also hits High.
Can any one advice me does CRM has any internal job or query by nature update indexes for any particular tables.
