I have created a date and time field labeled "Next Follow Up". Salesman can enter a date to follow up with an Account, Contact, Opportunity or Lead and I have created a Workflow to send an email on the day stated in the Next Follow Up field. This is a simple Workflow that works as a Check Condition to make sure that the record is active (if not cancel) If it is an active record, there is a Wait until function that Times Out 7 hours after Next Follow Up date. This would be 7am. The emails are being sent through Outlook from myself, as we are running on Exchange Server 2013 and cannot support the Email Router plug in. Only some of the emails send from me to the salesman in the morning. I am not sure why some of them go through and others don't? The salesman are accessing their email through an iPad, not desktop Outlook. The emails will only send from me if I am connected through a desktop Outlook.
Any help on this would be tremendously appreciated. I am trying to get Follow Up emails to send and it doesn't work.
