when I try to open crm 2011 via internet explorer, an error message has been shown on the screen. "The webpage you are viewing is trying to close this window.Do you want to close the window?" normally all users click "yes" and then working with the CRM. but on the computer of the one of our users; I click "yes" but the page is not closed and CRM doesn't work. I have to close internet explorer on the task manager. could you please help about this?
