Hey Forum,
I have a question that I am hoping someone more experienced with Dynamics CRM may be able to help me with.
In our Dynamics CRM online solution we have 3 record types:
-Products
-Subscriptions
-Web Permissions
The typical use case is a Contact will subscribe to a Product as to create a Subscription record. As a result the Contact will be entitled to access x number of web permissions.
There is a 1:N relationship between Product - Web Permissions, a 1:N relationship between Product - Subscriptions and a 1:N relationship between Contact-Subscriptions
Currently I can build reports (using the wizard) to show the following:
1) All those contacts who subscribe to a particular product
2) All of the web permissions a particular product grants access to.
My problem is that I want to show all of the web permissions for a Contact (pretty much an amalgamation of the two reports).
I am very new to Dynamics CRM, so I may be missing something quite obvious, if so I apologise.
Is there a way to generate the report I am looking for?
Any advice on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks,
Alex
