get attribute schema name through javascript

Hi,

I am in account grid view. When I click on button in the ribbon, I would like to know the schema names of the attributes in that entity.

How can I accomplish this?? Any help would be cordially appreciable..

I am in dire need of it. I have been trying for this since 3 days.
