!!! Notes challenge for the real CRM experts: "One screen to rule them all"

Allright guys, next challenge!

Last time you solved the import puzzle, now comes the (as I like to call it) "One screen to rule them all" challenge.

 

I'm a big fan of the Notes grid:

- been on the phone with a customer? >>> put it in notes

- had a face 2 face meeting with a customer? >>> put it in notes

- created a new opportunity and put it in CRM? >>> oh wait......notes doesnt show it? oh! but the record wall does! Yeah no....not the same

- sent an e-mail to a customer? >>> oh wait...again...notes doenst show it? oh! but the closed activities screen does! Yeah no!!!....not the same

 

See what I mean, catch my draft? I would like one screen and one screen only. And please do not compare this to a Facebook wall because yeah......it kind of what I mean but I dont wanna seem as though i need this because Facebook raised me that way.

One screen for all to see --- it's just logic.

Notes grid Including:

- link to e-mail with date+time+user

- created/changed/removed opportunities

- adds/deletes/changes to the account details

- and more...

 

But to make it simple and not ask too much let's start wit h the first one:

>>> An automatic link to an e-mail with date+time+user that was just sent or received >>> in the Notes grid

 

Please tell me this is possible CRM?!
