Qualified vs Ready to Convert?

Hello All CRMers,

 

Wondering what the difference between the lead status reasons Qualified and Ready to Convert is? My manager wants a chart that will show what leads are Sales Qualified and I've put together a view that gives me the number of leads that have a status reason of qualified or ready to convert. Should I be including both of those status reasons in the chart or does one of them need to be removed? Any clairification on the difference between these two status reasons would be greatly appreciated.
