We are currently using O365 as our mail host, whilst running CRM2013 on-premise. At the start of this week users notified us that they were no longer receiving emails from customers. After checking the mailbox, we found that external emails are being received, but are failing to enter the queue. We switched to O365 at the beginning of the year, but had no issues with queues until now. No major changes have been made and no settings have been altered. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Please Advise.
