Hi,
This is a minor issue, but a nuisance nonetheless...
I have an option set field that had many duplicate and obsolete values after we had merged two instances on CRM awhile back. I cleaned up and removed the unwanted values, alphabetized those that were left, and published my customizations (twice for good measure).
However, the dropdown menu in the active form doesn't show the values in the order I want them in. I tried in different browsers, thinking it might be a caching issue, but no luck.
Any idea how I might get the values to appear in alphabetic order as I want?
Here's the customization screen:
And here's the dropdown as it appears on the form (Note that Hard Goods, Specialty, and Toys are above Apparel):
The one thing I noticed is that the numeric value for the 3 values that seem to be pinned to the top is very small (single digits), whereas the other options are very high numbers (100,000,xxx). I fear that changing the numeric value may result in data loss, or corruption, though, so I haven't tried that. We have thousands of records with values entered, so I don't want to lose any data.
We're running 2015 Online.
Thanks in advance!
Danya
