Create workflow for System Job entity

Hello all,

Is there a way to create a Workflow for the entity System Job?

I want to do that because there's a System Job that tries to upload some information to a third party tool, and sometimes the process fails, so, in order to keep me aware if that happens, I want to create a workflow that send an email with the error details.

Is there a way to do that or maybe a better solution for this?
